IMPORTANT: Athletes at sea level may have negative effects on their performance when they reach high altitude. Although varying from person to person, respiratory rate may not change significantly up to 2000-2500. Fatigue, drowsiness, feeling of nausea, vomiting and loss of mental decision making may be encountered because of lacking of oxygen at high altitude.

RACE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• Only registered runners can participate to the race. Registrations are made via uludagultra.com website.
• Neither a medical certificate nor a license is required
• Transfer of the registration or replacement is not allowed.
• The deadline for registration is July 10, 2026 at 17:00.
• The deadline for track changes is June 27, 2026  at 17:00.

• For cancellations made before June 18, 2026 due to an injury or health problem documented by a doctor’s report, the registration fee will be 100% refunded. No refunds will be given after June 18, 2026.
• Free shuttle service will be provided from Çekirge Square and Almira Hotel at 04:00, 06:00 hours on the morning of  Saturday, July 18. The return shuttle departure time is 20:00 on  Saturday, July 18.
• Free shuttle service will be provided from Çekirge Square and Almira Hotel at 07:00 on the morning of  Sunday, July 19. The return shuttle departure time is 14:30 on  Sunday, July 19.

UP16K Corporate Team Participation Requirements:

• Teams participating in the Corporate Team category must consist exclusively of employees from the same company, and all participants must compete on behalf of that company.
• Each Corporate Team must include a minimum of 5 employees from the same company. There is no maximum team size.
• Every team must appoint a team captain, regardless of gender or position within the company.
• At least one of the first three runners registered in the team must be designated as the company representative.
• If it is determined that team members are not employed by the same company, the team will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive any awards or rankings.
• Companies wishing to participate in the UP16K Corporate Team category are required to contact the organization team via email at info@uludagultratrail.com.

Important Information:

• Corporate Teams will be evaluated under a separate ranking category.
• Teams competing in this category will not be eligible for the prize awards offered in the main race classifications.
• The UP16K Corporate Team category will take place on the same course and according to the same schedule as the UP16K race.
• Corporate Teams registered for the UP6K, BAUHAUS UPE30K, UPM42K or UPUT70K races will not be included in the Corporate Team classification.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• The registration fee for payments made from 24.10.2025 until 10.07.2026 at 17.00 is: € 80

Registration fees are discounted by 50% for student participants born in 2002 or later. Students who send their student documents via email (info@uludagultra.com) before registration will receive a discount coupon. Only students enrolled in formal/on-campus education programs are eligible for the discount.

Registration fee includes:

– Food and drink at check  points along the track

– Finisher medal for the participants who have successfully completed the race

EQUIPMENT TEST AND PREPERATION: Selecting the appropriate equipment is a very important factor in the success of your race. Ultra durability requires extensive preparation to the race, including the choice of equipment you will take. The end of July in the Uludağ region may be hot (more than 20°C), but with rain, hail or snow may be also very cold (below 0°C above 2000m). Your equipment must be suitable to withstand any condition and allow you to spend long hours on the racing course. In case of any incident, your equipment must ensure that you wait for help under safe conditions. All runners must have the equipment required by the organization to avoid the risk of penalties. It is very important to prepare your equipment according to the actual conditions and test it in your trainings before the race. Please do not be minimalist while considering weight as a concern. You can increase your chance of success and your performance through logical selection.

1. Visibly placed front race number during the whole race,

3. Mobile phone (smartphone strongly recommended / the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race / load into its memory the organization’s security numbers / an external battery is highly recommended),

1. Supply of water of 500 ml minimum (Plastic bottles will not be accepted.),

2. Sunglasses, Sun cream,

3. Suitable trail-running shoes.
